Upgrading My Videos

I know nothing about video production but I am trying to learn. I’ve redone the videos on this page:

I’ve added “thought bubbles” to accompany my narration. This introduces more material into the video, other thoughts I had at the time but were impossible to incorporate out in the field.

These are handheld iPhone videos. I did have my big Cannon camcorder along but it takes much more time to set up. On the plus size, the Cannon holds images better when I am quickly moving the camera. That’s another thing I have to learn: slow down.

Too many of my videos have the camera moving too quickly. I want short videos but I need to find someway of doing that without keeping the camera in motion so much. When I move the camera slowly, I feel the weight of time pressing on me. Another long video! I’m trying to fight against that.
